Graduated from Architecture, Interior Architecture, Forest Industry Engineering departments of universities,
Able to use MS Office, AUTOCAD programs,
Minimum 5 years of industry experience,
Have a driver’s license, can drive an active vehicle and have no travel restrictions,
Experience in ERP usage (Preferably SAP)
Familiar with materials, field application methods and technical specifications,
Analyze and comprehend projects of various scales and manage technical specification, tender, bidding and delivery processes,
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
Will be able to adapt to intense work tempo,
Persuasive, friendly,
Results-oriented and high-energy,
A career plan in merchandising and sales,
Closely following the developments and trends in the fields of interior design and decoration,
High design and presentation skills,
Takes care of his/her appearance and personal care,
Completed military service for male candidates,
Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul (preferred),

Job Description
Realization of sales of ERSA products and/or products represented by ERSA to customers,
Projecting customer demands and turning them into proposals,
Supporting solutions with drawings,
Effective presentation as a project proposal,
Preparation of presentation studies to be presented to the client,
Monitoring the processes until customer deliveries in coordination with the Production Planning Department,
Collaborating with the Design Group with customer references during the creation of new designs,
Solution partnership with the Product Development Group in line with customer feedback,
Site visits within the scope of the relevant project,
Taking responsibility for retail, ordering and delivery processes,
Analyzing the needs and expectations of customers and producing solutions within our products,
Creating new customer potentials and maintaining relationships with existing customers,
Converting offers into sales and following up after sales processes,
Transferring sales orders to the system and tracking them,
Closely following the developments in the market and the markets,
Progress towards meeting annual targets.
