Pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you can send your request on using your above-mentioned rights to info@ersamobilya with secure electronic signature or with a wet signature. Our company shall finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest depending on the nature of the request. However, if the procedure requires an additional cost, the fee included in the tariff and determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority will be charged by us.
